Sorting belts are available in a variety of styles to suit specific applications. These belts are typically used for visual sorting of ear corn immediately after husking, but can also be utilized for other similar applications. Traditional systems utilize single lane belts, with additional conveyors for rerun and discard products. The multi-lane units incorporate additional channels into the main table assembly, reducing installation labor and improving product visibility. Sorting tables are pre-assembled and tested at our factory, then partially knocked down for shipment.
