Dryer inspection - $550.00 |

| Production
Dryer inspection - $325.00 per
burner |
|
| Any repairs
or additional service work can be
performed, with your approval, at
$70.00 per hour plus parts. |
|
| Mileage,
to and from the site, is charged at
$1.00 per mile plus travel time at
$50.00 per hour, if enough people
sign up in your area, mileage charges
can be held to a minimum. |

a few days before a technician arrives.
Whoever is responsible for operation
of the dryer should be available for
test firing. Please see that fuel
and power are available during the
service of your dryer. |

equipment
• Checking operation of burners
• Checking and adjusting main
gas regulator if needed
• Checking gas shut-off valves
and modulating valves
• Check pilot regulator and pilot
shutoff valve
• Check burner and venturi operation
• Check ignition and flame detection
• Check heat sensors and air
flow system
• Check burner and fan high limit
• Check the high/low pressure
switch
• Check the flame detection system
• Inspect the fire control panel
• Review pre and post season
maintenance with staff
• Make recommendations for improvement
